5000 (plus relevant sales taxes). This price includes our travel costs within Western Europe; travel outside Western Europe will be charged at cost. Your other commitments are to send us an e-mail outline of your problem in advance and to be available (you and/or your key colleagues) on the day of our visit to explain your concern.
